data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>I work at the intersection of leadership, culture, and formal and informal communication. In doing so, I support organizations and teams in shaping these aspects more proactively. For example, if a leadership mission statement is formulated only in abstract terms, it is possible to work with a team of leaders on specific leadership topics, which usually have something to do with communication (the what and the how). You quickly notice that this work also has positive effects on the strategic potential of the team and the organization.   <\/p>\n<p>A key factor in team development is constructively leveraging differences. When people have the courage to show themselves, to make themselves visible to the team, and thereby open up a learning opportunity for everyone, development can take place. <\/p>\n<p>I have always been interested in human communication and psychology, as well as in broader social issues. During my training in family therapy, I experienced for the first time the value of systemic consulting approaches: constructivist ideas, the concept of autopoiesis, according to which social and psychological systems function according to their own rules that are not accessible from the outside. Above all, in my practical work, I have been enriched by an understanding of communication in which the meaning of what is said ultimately always arises with the recipient.   <\/p>\n<p>I also regularly work with mediation and conflict management, which often require a kind of &#8220;translation&#8221;. This is also relevant in consulting for family businesses. Here, two or three systems interact with different, sometimes contradictory &#8220;logics&#8221;: the family system, which deals with issues such as autonomy and connectedness, which one cannot leave; and the business system, which is oriented toward goals and profit, and in which belonging is governed by expertise.   <\/p>\n<p>I greatly enjoy working with clients on their communication challenges, supporting colleagues in their professional development, and, not least, continuing to develop ideas on leadership and consulting together with my
